DM Tips For Running Larger Groups

I'm no expert, but I have been a DM for 15 years. Something I have tried to do is keep my groups small 5-6 max but as a professional DM I do not have that luxury, whatever they pay me to run, that is what I run. These are my tips (and a few others) for running larger (8-12 people) groups of dnd or other games.
